Goal

This option "Display global search in header" exists in PeopleTools > Portal > General Settings page pre PT 8.58 version.

In PT 8.58, this option is no longer visible in the General settings page, therefore not able to disable "Display Global search in header" in Portal.
Why is this setting not displayed in the General settings page in PT 8.58?
