When attempting to perform a full-tier install of a PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) Image, the following error occurs in the psft-dpk-setup.log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.) Download PUM Image setup files.

2.) Run the deployment script - psft-dpk-setup.<ext>

3.) Error occurs when the install attempts to retrieve the Oracle version.
