Symptoms
VOUCHER_BUILD message published from Student Financials is failing in FSCM. There is no error message captured.
Steps:
1) Perform student refund in Student Financials.
2) Sync the information in FSCM using VOUCHER_BUILD message.
- Message failed due to an error in FSCM. However, there is no error message captured.
