Symptoms
Even though the 415(c) Limit for 403(b) Plans is not being used, the 403(b) deduction on an off-cycle check is being limited with the reason "415 Limit Exceeded."
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create and calculate an off-cycle paycheck that should have a full 403(b) deduction taken (Navigation: Payroll for North Ameirca > Paryoll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
