Generate Exam Schedule SQR (SREXSCHD) Ignores "Check For Facility Conflict" (Doc ID 2749395.1)

Symptoms

Due to COVID-19, many campuses are using a single Facility ID (example: “ONLINE”) for approx. 90% of classes. When attempting to schedule exams, the SQR SREXSCHD will schedule only one exam per time slot to that facility, bypassing any others that conflict.
