Symptoms

On a PeopleCode Event, the horizontal scroll bar reaches it's end at ~250 characters code-line length, making the rest of the code passed this length not visible/scrollable anymore.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Application Designer
2. Open a PeopleCode Event
3. Create a new string variable longer than 250 characters
4. Save and close the PeopleCode Event
5. Open the PeopleCode Event and observe the behavior
