Symptoms
The selected UOM on the Shopping Cart page has not been updated for the line item
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition Tile
2. Add special request item
3. Click cart icon
4. Click prompt button of UOM
5. Change the UOM
Issue : UOM is not changed
