Symptoms
During a Fluid Benefits life event, when the user clicks on the benefits enrollment step the following error message box is received:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in and navigate to Employee Self Service > Benefits Details > Life Events
2. Start a Life event, click on the Benefits Enrollment step.
