HCM 9.2: Once the Address is Deleted from Personal Information, it Should be Deleted from Recruiting Contact Information as Well

When HOME address is deleted in Employee Personal Information, it should be deleted from HRS_APP_ADDRESS as well.
For Address updates for HOME Address in Personal Information, data is correctly flowing to HRS_APP_ADDRESS. Address gets updated when Applicant accesses Careers page after address is updated in Personal Information.
The issue occurs only when the Address is deleted.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Log in with an Internal Applicant and navigate to Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage > Personal Details Tile > Addresses : delete the Address Type HOME
2. Navigate to Careers Tile > My Contact Information
Observe: The Address deleted at step 1 was not removed from the contact information
