Symptoms
When a new solution is added to the Knowledgebase, a new row is inserted in the PS_RC_FEEDBACK table. This row should not be added. The PS_RC_FEEDBACK table should contain only rows where feedback was actually added to a solution, not when a new solution is added. This causes unnecessary database rows in the PS_RC_FEEDBACK table.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Main Menu > Solutions > Search Solution
2. Add Solution
3. Save
