Symptoms
CNTPAY01 is not calculating the correct amount for any contracts with Seq numbers
The contract amount should match what is in job
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Contract Renewal process
2. Enter a SEQ 1 row changing compensation
3. Run CNTPAY01 (old Version)
4. Run several payrolls
5. Apply new CNTPAY01.SQR and run
6. See errors and changes in log file
