Attempting to Create New Solution in Employee Relations Case triggers Error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an ER HelpDesk Agent
2. From HR Service Agent Homepage, click on My ER Cases
3. Click on any case to get into the details
4. Navigate to Solution Tab
5. Click New Solution
6. Type Anything in there
7. Click “Attempt” or “Solve” both cause the errors. This should add the solution to the “Attempted Solutions” area and update the number in the solutions tab to (1).
