Symptoms
While trying to upgrade PeopleTools from 8.56 to 8.58, change assistant instructs to run the following but is failing:
CREATE UNIQUE iNDEX PS_FG_CONV_TBL ON PS_FG_CONV_TBL (SEQNBR)
TABLESPACE PSINDEX STORAGE (INITIAL 40000 NEXT 100000 MAXEXTENTS
UNLIMITED PCTINCREASE 0) PCTFREE 10 PARALLEL NOLOGGING
