Action Date Field Not Updated When a New Row is Added on Job Data Page

Symptoms
While trying to add a Termination row in Job data, the field: ACTION_DT (Date Created) is not updated correctly.
Instead of the date to be refreshed to the current date it will keep the data from the previous inserted row.
Step to reproduce the issue:
- Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data
- Add a Termination row for e.g. (Current Date) and Save the Component
