Symptoms
If the Location details are not available in COMPLOC table and after generating the XML file while validating it is not providing an error message of missing Location.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > XML based reporting CHE > Monthly XML CHE > Process Files
