Symptoms

Installing a PUM (PeopleSoft Update Manager) Image on Linux fails on step 'Deploying Oracle Database Server'.

The following error can be found in the psft_dpk_setup.log:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Linux Native OS PUM installation files for Linux
2. Run the DPK setup script - psft-dpk-setup.sh.
