Last Increase Date On Compensation Tab of Job data Is Not Getting Reverted When Pay Rate Change is Deleted for Future Dated Rows

Symptoms
If employees are having future dated rows and if Pay Increase row is deleted, then Last increase date is not getting reverted, it remains same.
Last Increase date needs to get reverted
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 ) Last increase date is 31-Mar-2019 before adding PAY – MER row for the employee.
Job Data before Pay – Merit row have a future dated row.
Post load: - Pay – Mer row added.
2) Job data after adding Pay- Mer row for 31st March 2020.
Last increased date changed to 31st March 2020.
3) After Pay – Mer row delete: -
After deleting the PAY-MER row for the employee.
4) Last increase date should change to 31st March 2019 but it remains 31st March 2020.
