EAR9.2: Why Dunning Email Image Stored in Collections Workbench Page is Incorrect for the Dunning Letters ARX33000, ARX33001, ARX33002 or ARX33003? (Doc ID 2752938.1)

Goal

Which layout is used to store dunning letters in the Database and to send dunning emails?

Customer tweaked the ARX33000 template to their needs and applied this in the report definition.
When running the Dunning letter print under Accounts Receivable/ Customer Interactions/ Dunning Letters/ Extract Dunning Letter Info, the application prints customer's custom template which can be found under Report Manager page/ Administration tab.

However, when reviewing the dunning image in the Collections workbench page, the customer does not get the custom image under Correspondence tab/ Dunning Image column/ Dunning image icon. This means that when the customer emails the dunning letter from the Collection Workbench page, the wrong letter is sent, not the customized one, but the one using the delivered template. Why the dunning image attached to the automated email is NOT the custom template customer created?
