Aid Year 2022 ISIR Suspense Records are Loaded with ISIR_00_HEAD_EC.IWD_AWARD_YEAR of '2022' Instead Of '2122' (Doc ID 2752999.1)

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Financial Aid - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

After applying the Aid Year Updates for Aid Year(AY) 2021-2022 and loading ISIRs for the new aid year, The ISIR_00_HEAD_EC.IWD_AWARD_YEAR is not being populated with the normal expected value for the aid year.

The Aid Year Updates for 2022 were first delivered in a PRP after CS 9.2 PUM Image 18, and then the same fixes from the PRP became part of the 9.2 PUM Image starting with Image 19.

In prior aid years, the four characters for IWD_AWARD_YEAR have always been a combination of the two years that comprise the award year.  For example, AY 2019-2020 was represented as '1920' and AY 2020-2021 as '2021' and so on. For AY 2021-2022, IWD_AWARD_YEAR loads as '2022', when the expected value (based on prior years) is '2122'.

This unexpected change affects the ISIR Suspense Details Report FA927A, which is prints a blank value for AY 2022. The change also may affect any institution-specific queries or reports that were written to reference the field.

Was the change to represent the value as '2022' instead of '2122' intentional? Or was it an error (perhaps based on the prior year value '2021', which just happened to coincidentally equal the actual aid year value - the only aid year in which that could possibly happen!).
