The following five DL_LNDAL_##_EC records reference incorrect aid years in the RECDESCR field. The list below is from the results of executing the SQL: SELECT RECNAME, RECDESCR FROM PSRECDEFN WHERE RECNAME LIKE '%LNDAL%'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Query Manager or open an SQL Tool.
2. Add the following criteria/SQL: SELECT RECNAME, RECDESCR FROM PSRECDEFN WHERE RECNAME LIKE '%LNDAL%' ORDER BY 1.
3. Run the query/SQL.
