Symptoms
STP: Performance problem for STP Prep Process by PayEntity and by ListIDs
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Authority Correspondence > STP Payroll Event Prep AUS,
2. Enter the run control information as below.
3. Run STP prep process, observe the time taken for it to complete.
