GPAUS STP: STP Process is not converting Non-English Characters in Employee Name, Addresses to English (Doc ID 2753808.1)

When Employee has non-English characters in their name or address STP processes does not convert to valid characters.

For example: é should be converted to e

Steps to replicate:

1. Employee is having none-English character in Name or Address fields. For example, in STP HR staging table: GPAU_STP_HR_STG.ADDRESS1 = 1 Good Avenué

2. Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt -> Authority Correspondence -> STP Payroll Event File AUS - Populate Runcontrol parameters

- Run AE GPAU_XML_GEN on PSNT Process Scheduler, Process finished in Success

3. Click on View Log/Trace, Validation Log file is not generated. When download XML file and open in Notepad – XML file contains invalid character – é
