E-PIA: Post PUM Upgrade Header/Navigation Disappears After Navigating To Any Page/component (Doc ID 2754386.1)

Symptoms

Post Application Upgrade Header/Navigation disappears after navigating to any page/component. Header on homepage is appearing. Also Branding is not changing to Default Theme Fluid.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FSCM application. Homepage have header and drop down menu
2. Navigate to any page and no header is there.
3. Use browser button to go back to homepage to further visit any new page.
