E:PRCS: Process Scheduler PSOS390 Domain Logs Do Not Rotate At Year Change (Doc ID 2754990.1)

PSOS390 Process Scheduler domain logs do not rollover to the next date at the beginning of the year when the date changes from 12/31 to 01/01. The PSOS390 Process Scheduler domain will continue to write to the 12/31 logs until the domain is recycled. This issue only impacts the PSOS390 Process Scheduler and not the other platforms (i.e. PSNT, PSUNX, etc.).

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Boot OS390 Process Scheduler on 12/31
2. Observe at year end date change to 01/01 that Process Scheduler domain logs do NOT roll over and 12/31 log will continue to grow.


Low Impact. This will cause domain logs to continue to grow daily until the domain is recycled, but does not affect success of batch processes.
