E-RD: BI Publisher Report that Produces 10k Reports Takes Too Long to Post (Doc ID 2755064.1)

Posting taking longer than normal when posting for an XMLP process that produces 10k reports. Taking 11 hours to just post the files. The same report used to run and take around 3 hours to post the same amount of files in a prior release.
 

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit XMLP report that produces 10k reports to be posted on the web.
2. Observe completes quickly and goes to posted status soon after first report posts successfully but then takes 11 hours to complete posting of all 10k reports
