E-AD: Resizing Option for Spellcheck Boxes Not Working in PT 8.57

Symptoms
Resize option for Spellcheck boxes is not working.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Application Designer > Tools > Options > Make sure spell check is Turned ON
2. Navigate to a page with a Spellcheck box (e. g. Go to ESS Fluid Home page > Performance > Select Annual review document)
3. Enter text and click on Spellcheck icon.
4. Observe that the Spellcheck window is squeezed and cannot be enlarged.
