Goal

After an employee is transferred to report to another manager, the previous manager is not able to review that employee's Performance Document.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Transfer the employee
2. As previous manager, Employee Self Service homepage > Performance tile > Evaluation of Others
Note: No evaluations are available for previous employee
