Symptoms

When attempting to upgrade to PeopleTools 8.58.07, the following error occurs when running the step "Copying the PPLTLS84CUR Project":


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the environment to perform the PeopleTools upgrade
2. Run the step "Copying the PPLTLS84CUR Project" failed" in Change Assistant
