The Mobile Technician > Quick Work Order Tile Search Filter is Case Sensitive for the Description Field.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Mobile Technician > Quick Work Order Tile. (Click on the filter icon)
2. Search for a work order Description using Titlecase and Lowercase
3. Notice that the Description Field is Case Sensitive
