Error "First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member REQ_LINE." When Editing a Requisition With Header Attachment and Pressing On Save Button Several Times (Doc ID 2757182.1)

Symptoms

Getting error message When creating a new requisition using the fluid tile, attaching an attachment to the requisition header or line level, submitting it then editing and changing the requisition name then keep pressing on Save.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new requisition and submit it.
  2. Edit the requisition and change the requisition name.
  3. Press Save.
  4. Notice that the requisition line changed from Approved to open.
  5. If you attach any attachment to the requisition header and keep pressing on Save button, getting error message.
