Last updated on MARCH 03, 2021

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Purchasing - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When one pcard number is attached to more than one employee cardholder, even though one employee cardholder is inactive while the other employee cardholder is active, the Load Voucher Stage (PO_CCVCHRSTG) process abends at Step PO_CCVCHRSTG.Sec0400.Step02 with ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row.

Analysis of the data indicates that multiple rows are returned from PS_CC_CARD_DATA_EX A WHERE A.CREDIT_CARD_VENDOR = PS_CC_TRANS_LINE.CREDIT_CARD_VENDOR AND A.CRDMEM_ACCT_NBR = PS_CC_TRANS_LINE.CRDMEM_ACCT_NBR due to an account number being inactive for one employee and active for another.

3.Then run the Load Statement process, PO_CCLOADLD process, at Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Process Statements > Load Statement
4.Review uploaded rows in Reconcile Statement page; update all rows from Staged to Approved, then Save
5.Run the Load Voucher Stage process, PO_CCVCHRSTG, at Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Process Statements > Load Voucher Stage. Get abend error.
