E-PTF : Unable to Log into PTF Application (Doc ID 2757743.1)

Symptoms

Following error occurs while trying to login to PTF,

InnerException: The HTTP request to 'https://server:7033/PSIGW/HttpListeningConnector' has exceeded the allotted timeout of 00:00:59.9840000. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout.

 

Verified the IB gateway and ping gateway goes to "ACTIVE', SSL was not applied to the webserver.
