Symptoms

When trying migrate and on-premise PeopleSoft environment using PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, customer can lift the application, however, when trying to lift the database, it fails to install the database backup cloud module, and the following failure is shown:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the environment for lift using CM
2. Perform the lift of the database
