Symptoms
Employees can see a 1095-C on the View Form 1095-C page but when trying to open it they get the following error:
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee attempts to open an ACA Form 1095-C shown on the View Form-1095-C page (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefit Details tile > View Form 1095-C tile).
