Symptoms

BI_XMLPBURST is not attaching a supporting document in an email when email as an attachment is used for SFTP sub directories.

REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1: Setup administer file attachment with URL as SFTP and add two-component subdirectories one for bill entry and one for bill attachments. ( PeopleTools - Utilities - Adminstration - URLs)
2: Setup customer and business unit for email as an attachment. ( Customer - contact customer setup)
3: Enter bill for above setup customer and populate invoice media as email as an attachment. ( Billing - Maintain bills - Standard Bills)
4: Invoice form as XMLPUB.
5: Attach supporting document to the bill.
6: Run finalize and print. ( Billing - Generate Invoices- Non-consolidated - Finalize and print)
7: Check email bill is attached in an email but not supporting doc.

Please note: Issue cannot be replicated when administer file attachment is using DB type with two sub directories or sftp with no sub directories.
