Symptoms

PeopleSoft application delivers images with no alternative text.  For Accessibility testing, all images should have alternative text

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application, doesn't matter if you use "enable screen reader" mode
2. Observe the images on the tiles, and if you inspect on the image, it has not alternative text
