When using an Encryption Profile containing hmac_sha256_generate, the process runs in error and PSAPPSRV crashes.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Encryption > Algorithm Chain.
2. Create an Algorithm Chain containing PSUnicodeToAscii, hmac_sha256_generate, PSHexEncode and PSAsciiToUnicode.
3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Encryption > Algorithm Keyset.
4. Use the Keyset LAUKEY and add a key value (e.g. 0x47656865696D)
5. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Encryption > Encryption Profile.
6. Create an Encryption Profile using the defined Algorithm Chain and the parameter value "LAUKEY" for the parameter SECRETKEY.
6. Navigate to PeopleTools > Security > Encryption > Test Encryption Profile.
7. Choose the created Encryption Profile, write some text to be encrypted and try to Run Encryption Profile.
