When running the Funds Distribution Process (PC_FND_DIST), the process abended at Step PC_FND_DIST.REV_BUD.Step02 (Action SQL) -- RC = 805


Replication Steps:

  1. In Demo, Rate set US004/‘ACT1’ is modified to create target 'BUR' row from 'PAY' with Rate option of MUP and Rate amount of 1.0.
  2. Create a Project/Activity.
  3. Create Funds distribution rule. The Rates section is populated with the 'ACT1' rate set as of effective today. Make sure both PAY and BUR rows are in source criteria. The Target Sequence 1 is defined with a threshold amount of $10,000. Target rows 'FND' and 'FDS' created with reversals turned on for 90/10 percentages.
  4. Using Add transactions page, Create a 'PAY' row of $100.
  5. Run Funds distribution process option "Process Undistributed(New) Transactions" and "Apply Burden Rates " checked.
  6. Notice in PROJ_RESOURCE, Target burden, and funds distribution rows are created. ("BUR", FND", "FDS" and "FDR" rows)
  7. Inactive the Target Sequence 1 in the funds distribution rule.
  8. Run Funds distribution process option "Reprocess Distributed Transactions " and "Apply Burden Rates " checked.
  9. Notice in PROJ_RESOURCE, Target burden "BUR" exists but remaining funds distribution rows are deleted.
  10. Modify the 90,10 distribution to 80,20 and activate the Target Sequence 1 in the funds distribution rule.
  11. Run Funds distribution process option "Process Undistributed(New) Transactions" and "Apply Burden Rates " checked.
  12. The process abends and the message log shows the above abend in the process monitor.
