E-CA: Applying a Change Package from Campus Solutions PUM Image Fails during "Running CP Compare Report (8.57 and Above)" Step with "Process aborted" Error (Doc ID 2759663.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to apply change package from CS PUM Image 19, the "Running CP Compare Report (8.57 and Above)" step fails with "Process aborted" error.

Error in Linux job.log file:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Change Assistant (CA) to apply updates from PUM (in the above example is used all updates option)
2. Run CA job
3. "Running CP Compare Report (8.57 and Above)" step fails
