EHR: Should PS Worklist Continue To Be Used to Approve Request After Installing Mobile Fluid Approvals? (Doc ID 2759901.1)

Should PS worklist be discontinued for customers that have installed Mobile Fluid Approvals or is there another page that is used for Administrators to update work-list entries that will also update the AWE workflow status?

After installing mobile fluid approvals, managers have pending approvals for transactions that were cancelled / worked via PS Work-list which did not update the AWE workflow status.

The managers currently still have access to their Work-list and fluid Approvals tile. They are able to administer their pending approvals from Work-list, since Worklist link directs them to the appropriate fluid approval page.

However, if these work-list are updated using the delivered page for updating Work-list Entries (PeopleTools > Workflow > Monitor Work-list > Review Work Items / Update Work-list Entries) then the AWE transactions will remain in Pending Approval Status and will continue to appear pending in fluid Approvals tile.
