Able to submit a request for 'Update Job Details for Group' with changed value and existing values being the same
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login as Manager
2) Manager self-service -->Update Team Information tile-->Update Job Details for Group
3) Select an Employee
4) Click Next with defaults on this page
Note: All information is the same as current and future information.
5) Click Submit
