PAYGL02 - Net Pay amount does not match with Net Pay Liability

We are having an issue with the PAYGL02 SQR.  We are getting Net Pay <> Net Pay Liab (000533 error) and a Paycheck Earn <> Earn dist error (000539) one one check. The message in the SQR out file is Calculated Net Pay amount does not match with Net Pay Liability.

See the following error:

        Net Pay Liability :     541.17   Calculate Net Pay :     559.58
  Warning-Calculated Net Pay amount does not match  with Net Pay Liability for PAYCHECK_NBR 5000863502 and Account Code A5510SPS1810TRP00000
        Net Pay Liability :      17.18   Calculate Net Pay :      17.77
  ERROR-Earnings on Paycheck do not match earnings distribution for PAYCHECK_NBR 5000863502
        Gross Pay: $    863.48  Earnings Dist: $    888.68


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PSPPFUND and PAYGL02
