Symptoms

When user is sending a supplier contract document for signing via docusign below error message shows up.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier Contracts-->Create Contracts and Documents-->Document Management,import a pdf document and send it to signing via Docusign
2. Error
