Symptoms
When users attempt to load application data via File Parser and try to run the Transaction Management Process. The transaction Management Process runs to success, but error displays in the Message Log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main menu > Set Up SACR> System Administration > Utilities > File Parser > Run File Parser
2. Select Transaction and File Path
3. Run the Fie Parser Process
4. Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Transaction Management Process
5. Run the Transaction Management Process Process
6. Verify the Log
