GPNZ PDR: Existing Employees Are Incorrectly Included In Employee Details File (Doc ID 2760801.1)

Symptoms

When an existing payee’s KiwiSaver record is updated e.g. company or employee contributions, they are included in the Employee Details file and the ‘New employee KiwiSaver status’ field returns OK (Opting into KiwiSaver). This is incorrect and the record should be excluded.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick an existing payee and update the Company details
2. Generate PDR Employee file
3. Review the file, payee is picked up .
