After applying a patch, the changes in Application Designer are not seen in the UI
It is expected that the changes in the patch should be included in the UI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply any tax update
2. Verify a patch from the tax update is included in the PS_MAINTENANCE table
3. Navigate to the view in the UI, in this example:
PNA > US Annual Processing > Create W2 Data > Load Year End Date
4. Under the tab 'YE FFCRA Load', the checkbox is not see, but is seen in Application Designer


 Normally this is seen after a tax update has been applied or customers have changed an object in Application Designer and are trying to apply this in to the UI
