E-PIA: Fluid Home Page Keeps Refreshing after Login in 8.58 (Doc ID 2762045.1)

Symptoms

In PT 8.58 when users are directed to the Fluid home page via any external Single Signon they see the homepage is constantly refreshing and does not allow user to navigate further. Sometimes deleting browser cache may work but issue returns after a few logins.
