Symptoms

Unable to send attachment size exceeds 2MB to third party using Integration Broker. Below error on Service Operations Monitor page: 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Convert the file content to Base64String and pass it in the XML as File Content

2.  Send attachment to third party system using IB

3.  The attachment part works till the file size is 2MB

4.  If it exceeds 2MB, the status of the IB is going to Error
