Symptoms

CommGen process SCC_COMMGEN has suddenly returns the following error for a number of communications.


Error Message:

E-mail Send Error (Return Code: 0) for COMMON_ID 1131114780, SEQ_3C: 6, CG_SEQ: 1

E-mail Send Error (Return Code: 0) for COMMON_ID 113165395, SEQ_3C: 3, CG_SEQ: 1

E-mail Send Error (Return Code: 0) for COMMON_ID 11495977, SEQ_3C: 2, CG_SEQ: 1


Steps to Reproduce the issue:

  1. Run CommGen Process SCC_COMMGEN to send email communication to a number of students
  2. Check SCC_COMMGEN's Message Log
