Symptoms
Users are receiving an Error Message when trying to submit for approval a brand new Credit Memo Invoice entered in the Billing module.
REPLICATION STEPS:
1.- Log into the FSCM Online Application as a Billing User
2.- Create online a new Credit Memo Invoice and save the changes
3.- Submit the transaction for approval
4.- The system throws a Workflow related Error Message
ERROR MESSAGE:
" PSFT_EMC_GETMAIL property EMC_REPOSITORY_EMAILADDRESS has not been set (18081,5653) EOAW_EMC.utils.OnExecute Name: utils PCPC: 3868 Statement: 58

Users are unable to successfully submit for approval a new Credit Memo Invoice in Billing to rectify an erroneous previous Bill.
The system should not throw such Error Message, and instead, should allow the new Credit Memo Invoice to be routed through the workflow in order to be approved for further processing.
